Our Mission is to create a space where neighbors can get to know, like, and trust businesses—building long-term relationships and valuable referrals while spreading the Good News and Love of Jesus.

The Problem:

Small businesses are often struggling to attract new customers and grow their business. And sadly, many of them fail – about 50% of Small Businesses fail within 5 years.  

But YOU have the power to help them! You will have the opportunity to introduce them to Hire Thy Neighbor where they can create a dazzling profile showcasing the heart of their business to attract new long-term customers and referrals who align with their mission and values. 

How You Can Help:

By becoming a Local Ambassador, you’ll:

• Joyfully share HTN with local small businesses – in person, online and by phone.
• Encourage them to sign up for one of our business packages to help showcase the heart of their business and progressively grow their business.
• Help build relationships that lead to long-term customer loyalty and a continual flow of referrals.

Each ambassador will be assigned to a specific territory where they reside, giving them the opportunity to make a real difference in their own community  while earning an income and bonuses.

We Are Looking For People Who Are:

• Passionate about Hire Thy Neighbor and our Mission to help small businesses thrive while spreading the hope and love of Jesus.
• Actively involved in church, community and networking events, connecting with local businesses and individuals who can benefit from HTN.
• Skilled communicators, with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively share HTN with others.
• Dedicated to promoting HTN, both online and in person, and willing to commit time and effort to help us grow. We are looking for people who are willing to commit at least 4-5 hours per week. 
• Aligned with our mission, and able to market HTN effectively to small businesses and consumers in your area.
• Preferably have a background in sales or marketing, bringing expertise in outreach and business growth.

The Opportunity:
